“My number one advice to anyone who is thinking about competing- get a plan that is made for you and your goals. With all the time and dedication that you will be giving to train your body into the best condition it has ever been pushed, you better make sure that you are on the right plan. I used to make my own meal plan and wing it from week to week. I honestly had no clue and looked at myself differently than someone else would. It was not until I met Stephaney Theobald that I felt at complete ease during competition prep. She took away the stress of what meals to eat and when - you just follow the plan and report back to her!!! So many times people follow a plan that is not made for their own body and they think they personally failed. It is not that they failed, it is the plan that failed them. Natty Nutrition takes time to customize a meal plan that works for my body, my competition and with my training.
